The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.

Privacy policy

Our client's confidentiality is most important. We do not publish a list of our clients. We will not normally confirm that a person is a client unless it is clear that the client would wish us to say. For example, in connection with a mortgage application.

We do not track the visitors to this site.

Engagement letter (terms and conditions)

In accordance with the recommendations of our professional bodies, we issue a "Terms of engagement" document describing the work that we are going to do. This document also lists our standard terms and conditions of working for you. This is to avoid later misunderstandings.
