Nick Barron FCA
Nick is a general partner who trained in Southampton with a substantial independent practice that was then acquired by a national firm. He moved with that firm to their Gloucester office to head up the integration of several firms that had been acquired. In 1991 he moved back to Hampshire and joined this practice.
Nick is keenly interested in the marine leisure industry. His main hobby is sailing with various members of his family.

Alastair trained in Southampton with a multinational firm. His main specialisation is auditing companies and small pension funds.
Married with three grown-up children. His main hobby is rugby, which he hopes to continue in spite of injury!
Charles Baker BSc FCA CTA
Charles trained in Newcastle with a major firm where he qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. Then he worked in London for a small multinational before moving to Winchester in 1982. His main interest is the taxation of family companies. His specialities include negotiating settlements of taxation irregularities.
His main hobby is gliding at which he is a qualified flying instructor and now a regular competitor in aerobatic contests.
